We Are Scientists New braunfels Concert reviews
Nobody comes closer to the original songs
I invited some additional friends this year ($60/seat). To be honest, I didn't know what to expect. The ticket charge was $35/seat last year at the same location. He was better this year than last. What a show! He included a pianist in this session. Half of the songs were with the pianist. The particular pianist was very good.
He played a lot of unique songs. He has so much to draw upon. He has 16 albums. Some songs in the beginning were new to me. The audience was freaky. Somebody yelled out “FreeBird” and he played it. He played for over two hours. The most impressive song was Dolly Parton's “I Will Always Love You”.
We left that concert awestruck. I told my friends what to expect. I try not to hype it too much. We all made it on time. We gave him seven standing ovations. The crowd was out of control. All agreed—absolutely phenomenal. I wondered what my friends would say. He flows with the punches. He fed off the audience. He was even better than Peter Gabriel.
The show was on a Sunday. The freakiest come out on Sunday. The crowd last year on Saturday was more subtle. But he still fed off the audience and flowed with the punches. He was better than last year. All the glory to We Are Scientists.
